What is BidSyncPro?
BidSyncPro is a government bid aggregation platform. We collect federal opportunities from SAM.gov and state, city, county and school-district solicitations from official public portals, refresh them daily, and make them searchable in one place — with daily email alerts built in.
Which bids do you cover?
Federal solicitations (via SAM.gov), plus a growing set of state and local sources — currently including California, Delaware, Illinois, Maryland, New York, Texas and Louisiana, spanning state, city, county and authority agencies. We add new states regularly. Data refreshes every day at 2 AM ET.
How do daily email alerts work?
Run any search, click "Save as daily alert", and name it. Every morning we check your saved filters against newly published bids and email you the matches. Every bid in the email is a direct link — one click opens the exact bid page, no re-searching.
What does the free plan include?
Free accounts can search all bids, browse by state and category, see bid summaries with key dates, and save one daily email alert. Full descriptions, buyer contacts, bid documents, official source links, estimated values and unlimited daily alerts are Premium features.
How much does Premium cost and how do I pay?
Premium is $49/month through Stripe's secure checkout. Upgrading is one click, and you can cancel anytime from your account page — no calls, no contracts.
What is a NAICS code and why does it matter?
NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) codes categorize businesses by industry. Government agencies use them to classify solicitations and set aside contracts for small businesses. Filtering by your NAICS sector is the fastest way to find relevant bids.
What's the difference between an RFP, RFQ and IFB?
An RFP (Request for Proposal) asks vendors to propose solutions and is judged on multiple factors. An RFQ (Request for Quote) asks for pricing on defined items. An IFB (Invitation for Bid) is typically awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. BidSyncPro aggregates all of these.
Do I need to register on SAM.gov to win federal contracts?
Yes — to be awarded a federal contract you need an active SAM.gov registration (free). You can find and track federal opportunities on BidSyncPro first, then register on SAM.gov when you're ready to bid.
Can I cancel Premium anytime?
Yes. Open your account page and click "Manage billing" — Stripe's portal lets you cancel instantly. You keep Premium access until the end of your billing period.
